I usually don't do much of anything for these pageview marks mostly because... I don't pay attention. See? It's 1000 over that already! Just thought I'd annoy you guys with this journal and maybe repeat some things you guys MIGHT feel off about.

The comic is still on. Trust me. I may rely on you guys to help with a few decisions of mine lol. Even though I might already know the answer to it. If you wanna know how far I am into it... well i'm still trying to get most of the story down. I know I know. Why don't i just draw up the first chapter already well I thought it would be smarter if I planned ahead to further chapters and maybe even a few possible endings. It's gotta be somewhat original. I'm looking around at other comics and have and still am watching a LOT of anime. If you want my watched list let me know, that'll be fun to type. Notice how I put that in the middle of this paragraph so those who just skim won't see it lol. Meaning possibly no one will say anything. Whether it's a good comic or not. I'm going to have fun with it!

Be sure when I start posting pages that you guys suggest what you wanna see XD Actually that could be for another journal or a poll. Whatever... I actually do have another project on tap. A small one. probably won't be very much but it's just something I wanted to do. Taismo fans will rejoice. Tailream fans will get pissed. And all others will either shrug or be unpredictable. I better hurry this stuff up... Taking too long... Ugh!

Now those are clips from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and it's actually a spin off from AMV Hell. We're talking about Sonic here. So the only difference is that the anime Sonic X will be used instead.

The Contest

The contest is simple. Make a short AMV clip of Sonic that is in some sense funny. You may use a song or a tv/movie audio clip. Here are the rules:

Rule #1- Time
5-30 second clips. These are small clips all put together so try to keep it small. Exceptions can be made up to 1 minute.

Rule #2- Limit
You can submit up to as many clips as you want. I doubt anyone will even bother making that many. XD

Rule #3- AMV means Anime Music Video
What I mean by this is at least try to only do a clip from Sonic X. That's what i'm looking for. I will only accept the other Sonic cartoons or games or such if it's really good.

Rule #4- Logos
Your clip may have a logo if you wish. Keep it small and in the lower right hand corner. If you cannot or don't know how to put a logo on your video, just send it to me and I can do it for you.

Suggestions

If you're stumped on what music or clips from Sonic X to use, here are some ideas that you could use.

Ace of Spades by Motorhead could be used with clips of Eggman using his Card Monster machine thing.

Remember, Sonic X was dubbed by 4kids. You can always give 4kids a little..."tribute."

Remember that episode with all the ghosts? Or perhaps the cruise ship? Sonic racing Uncle Sam? Just try to think of songs that could relate to them.

Speaking of episode with all the ghosts (Episode 19) Y'know the part where Sonic is forced to say things to Amy? "I've always loved you Amy" Yeah! That line XD Well you could always make him say something else using a different line. As long as it's funny!

Well after about 12 different Tails Couples drawn I think it's about time I moved into my first drawn comic series! Err well my first Tails drawn comic. This journal will be filled with unappetizing info on it. Just skim through it if you want XD

Comic Pitch

I've decided on a name for the comic. Actually more like the name won't get out of my head when I try to think of better x.x In the past I named such comics something like Tails Quest, Tails Story, or Tails Legends (Unfinished). Wow only now I realize not only that they are the most cliched, uncreative, and actually misleading titles in the history of Sonic fandom. Tails Quest and Tails Story is actually about the relationship of Tails and Cosmo as opposed to it just being about Tails. Unfortunately the title I came up with is just as similar but no matter what is more clever than the previous 3. Which isn't saying much about this title XD. The title of the comic as of now is going to be Tails Merah! Exclamation point included. Pretty bad right? At least this one makes a bit more sense and is a bit more original despite it still being bad lol. Merah is an anagram for Harem which pretty much means One guy, Several girls......Ok ok Merah is Harem spelled backwards! I just wanted to sound smart T.T

Tails Merah! is about Tails and several other girls in their own setting with their own story. Instead of just jacking off of stories from the Archie comics or by more importantly Sonic X, I've decided to try and boot everything up from scratch. In fact you could say that I'm just super imposing Sonic characters on a cheap harem anime ....Ok it won't be like that I promise XD I'll try to keep characters in their original format as much as possible with maybe a few changes I'll explain later. I've been thinking about how exactly I will go about posting the pages in which I might upload them in bulks of 18 pages each. 18 pages is the default format of a manga chapter. I could do them 1 page each but then I would feel like I would have to either have every page have some kind of closure or some obvious cliffhanger. I dunno. Tell me your thoughts below if you have any XD Actually nobody is reading this most likely.

The length of the comic actually depends more on you guys then it does me. It depends on if you guys actually want to see more plots or not XD

Characters

Well obviously you can tell from the title that Sonic's definitely going to be in it. I mean Tails. I know some of you are wondering which characters OTHER than Tails will be in it. Well Let me get the female cast out first.

*sighs* You guys already know i'm putting Cosmo from Sonic X into this XD Taismo fans are practically most of my watchers so I don't have a choice. I still like Cosmo btw so don't think i'm acting like I am getting tired of her. Cosmo will be in this comic but I should point out a couple of changes i'm making with her involvement. One. She's not dead. Lol. Two. Her relationship with Tails....reset. Sorry, but it wouldn't be very interesting if one of the female leads and Tails were practically already an item. Since this is a completely different story, the whole Metarex thing didn't really happen. Just think of this as an alternate universe.

*sighs* Can't have Cosmo without Cream the Rabbit huh? Mostly because she makes the rivaling couple. She'll still be as sweet and innocent as ever except i'm making just a slight change that will make it easier for me. She will already have a noticeable liking to Tails. Call it a crush if you will XD Instead of over analyzing footage of speculated attraction I'll just let her come out with it so Tailream fans will be happy. BE HAPPY! D=<

Amy Rose will also be in this one just because I like TailsXAmy so THERE! She'll still be a fangirl over Sonic but now I'll get to illustrate her change of affection MUAHAHAHAHA!!! I'm evil.

I'll also be adding in Mina Mongoose from the Archie comics. I'm sure not everyone knows about her but currently she's dating the former jerk Ash Mongoose....no relation? Well Ash won't be in my comic. Because he's a jerk...

Last but not least is Nicole the Computer/Lynx. I'm not too sure on her role in all of this but I thought it would be interesting to have someone who isn't technically alive just to show how much of a pimp Tails is..........Nah I just like her because she's the most awesome computer ever. I always get shot -.- Anyways I was just thinking of doing a comic, jeez... Though I'm kind of conflicted. Now I know pretty much everyone would be cool with a TailsXCosmo comic, but that fan fict has been written so many times I might fail with coming up with something original. I actually want to do a Tails Couples comic D= Anyone ever see a plot where the male protagonist drinks some potion or is affected by somekind of love spell and then every girl he sees instantly falls in love with him? Well ok not the most original plot... But it's something i'd actually WANT to do. Maybe I should make a poll... TailsXCosmo would clearly come on-- I mean tie with TailsXCream... *sighs* I'm drawing blanks here x.x Someone help XD
